Villa Volpe has been designed from the ground up to allow full access for people with disabilities. The property was built without architectural barriers and has been tested for functionality by wheelchair users.

Ramp Entry

Access from the parking area to the house via a ramp with a 12% gradient — no steps required at any point.

Wheelchair-Friendly Layout

The entire house is step-free with corridors wide enough for comfortable wheelchair passage throughout all rooms.

Adapted Bathroom

Walk-in shower with grab handles, a movable shower seat, accessible sink height, WC with support bars, bidet, and electric heater rack.

Wide Doorways

All interior doors are wide enough to allow easy wheelchair access, including the bathroom and both bedrooms.

Lakeside Access

On request, we can set up a people-lifting system to allow direct wheelchair access to the lake for swimming and water activities.

Private Parking

A spacious parking area directly connected to the ramp entry — no need to navigate steps or uneven terrain from your car.
