- To secure a booking at Villa Volpe, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm the reservation.
- The final balance must be settled within 21 days of the check-in date.
- Each guest is required to provide a valid identification document, as per Italian regulations, for registration with local authorities.
- Additionally, each guest is subject to the payment of the municipal tourist tax of € 1.00 per night per guest.
- If necessary, you may cancel your reservation up to 21 days before the check-in date and receive a full refund of the deposit.
- In the event of cancellation after this deadline, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Parties and events are not permitted at Villa Volpe. We aim to maintain Villa Volpe as an oasis of relaxation and tranquility for all our guests.
- Small pets are allowed; however, please note that other dogs may be present on the property.
To ensure proper cleaning service, a supplemental fee of €120.00 per stay will be applied for additional cleaning.
